![]() ![]() I feel like I have to do work that could have been avoided in the first place. Since this was a $600.00 investment, it would have been nice if they had offered me replacements right off. I'd like to be able to listen to the entire package in the order of their presentation and not have to listen to things out of order just because I'm worried that discs will skip. Would it have been any different? I am going to try to "operate" on those discs on Wednesday and hope that all goes well. Through all of today, all I could think of was how things might have been if they had packaged these discs like the various Columbia and RCA Album Collection box sets they've done. I really honest to God hope that Sony is going to do another run of discs for needed replacements. If the cleaning did not work out well, then they were going to supposedly take care of things. She then told me that I was to call back and report how it went. ![]() So, I am going to have to clean the discs first. I gave her the Disc #'s for the 6 of mine which were affected and she entered them into my file. She confirmed my information and then proceeded to ask me which specific discs were affected. And then what she did was that she made sure I was still in their system. She told me that she got word from the higher ups that I was to try to clean the affected discs of mine (the ones with packing glue on them) with water and soft cloth first. I spoke to a girl named Tamara over at what is supposed to be the Dylan Support Team. I was busy today, plus I was watching the Warriors game on t.v. I'm sorry for taking so long in getting back to you all this evening. ![]()
